Prepared a 675-word narrative article describing the history and accomplishments of a dentist-inventor for posting on his corporate website and for distribution to the press. Wrote and designed a full-color promotional "one-sheet" to summarize recent product-related research for the company's target audience.

For an independent film production company, summarized current projects to garner interest from fans and backers, created professional biographies for each of the movie's principals, and provided introductory home-page copy for the promotional website.

Chicago Cubs Season at Tavern 33

Wrote, designed, and shot the photograph used in a black-and-white newspaper print ad promoting baseball season specials at a local tavern. The ad was placed in The Heckler, a free publication distributed to Cubs fans at home games and at neighborhood businesses.

Adopt-A-Pet Newsletter

Designed and laid out a four-page, grayscale newsletter for a local nonprofit animal rescue utilizing the group's existing logo and the cover article provided by the rescue.

National American Miss Pageant

Wrote, designed, and developed grayscale print ads to support a six-year-old family member's pageant run.

Wrote and developed an award-winning four-page resume for a seven-year-old family member's National American Miss pageant entry. Used photos and art to parallel and improve on the design of related pageant materials and conveyed relevant information in a writing style that was clear, concise, and age-appropriate to the contestant. The resume was named Best Resume at the 2005 National American Miss Wisconsin Pageant and First Runner-Up at the 2005 National All-American Miss Pageant in California.
